Dear Friends,
In March, we hosted Global Baptist Training Foundation professors Dr. Bruce Snavely and Dr. Larry Bazer who came to teach new church planters for a week. We had a number of new students this time, for a total of 50 from all over Uganda. That’s more than we’ve ever had before! The professors taught the book of Acts and Baptist History this time.
Please pray for the Bwerenga Bible Baptist Church. After his wife’s long illness and other family issues, Pastor Kyeyune Rodgers decided to step down from the ministry. I have had to come in temporarily to lead the church while we look for another pastor. I am teaching a discipleship class, and the attendance is coming up. We have several pastoral candidates lined up to visit. Please also pray for Kyeyune Rodgers and his family as they seek God’s direction for their future.
We have finished our new website! https://fun2helpuganda.com Check it out and let us know what you think. Thank you for your support and prayers!
Yours for Uganda,
Russ & Sylvia Daniels
