Health and Ministry Update
Dear Friends,
Thank you for your prayers for our health! Sylvia’s condition is much improved. She is getting her hormone levels balanced out and is feeling much better, though she is still dealing with adrenal and thyroid issues. On the other hand, I am currently in the “it gets worse before it gets better” stage. I am still having a lot of inflammation from the CIRS, as well as chronic fatigue and joint pain. Recent tests have shown that the levels of mold mycotoxins in my system are coming down, but other issues are flaring up. My doctor is now recommending that I see a Tropical Disease specialist. Please continue to pray for my healing. Thank you!
Meanwhile, the work in Uganda is still going strong. Three of the village churches are constructing permanent buildings and will have building dedications in June and August. Our national leaders continue to conduct trainings for new church planters. They just finished a week-long training with 40 students last week.

With all that is going on, there are some things that need our personal attention in Uganda. Since my doctor has not given me a green light to return yet, Sylvia volunteered to go over alone to take care of some urgent business. First, she will be moving us from the mold-infested apartment we had been living in, to a new apartment that is mold-free. She will also be taking care of some banking issues, supervising a re-roofing project, and applying to Uganda Christian University for further education. She plans to be in Uganda for about six weeks. Please pray for her health and safety while she is there and for all her work to go smoothly. Thank you.
Yours for Uganda,
Russ & Sylvia Daniels
